Ingredients for eight servings

  1. Eight pastry rings with seven centimeters in diameter and six centimeters in height.
  2. 430 milliliters of dark chocolate without sugar, melted
  3. Two cups of butter at room temperature
  4. Six eggs
  5. Five buds
  6. Two-thirds cup of sugar substitute (Splenda)

  8. A cup of flour

Red fruit sauce

  1. Two cups of red fruits

  3. Two tablespoons of sugar substitute

Preparation

For the fondante: Heat the chocolate and add the butter. Reservation.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, yolks, the sugar substitute and the vanilla extract. Incorporate the flour and chocolate base.

In a tray place the pastry rings, empty the mixture in each one and bake at 180 degrees centigrade, for 15 minutes. Unmold when the fondantes are warm.

For the sauce: Blend all the ingredients and strain them. When serving place a fondante in a dish, bathe it with a little sauce, place some red fruits to decorate.
