Five keys to a good diet

So that neither the stress , or the lack of time are an impediment to improve your lifestyle, here we give you five tips, so that your diet is healthier.

In this way, your mood will improve; you will feel more comfortable and you will say goodbye to the anxiety that then arises after a period of stress . Take note!

1.- Personalized diet . You must take a diet according to your age, weight, build, sex and the work you do. It is not the same to be more than eight hours sitting in an office, to work in activities that require more movement such as selling or covering events.

2.- Vary your diet . Do not eat the same for a long time, as the body gets used to it and your metabolism slows down.

3.- Never stop eating breakfast . Even if you go to school or work very early, eat something, so that your gastric juices work correctly. So when it is later, you will not want to devour everything that is put in front of you.

4.- Every day consumes a large salad . Preferably do it in two meals, but if you do not or you do not like them so much, at least try that this does not miss your main course.

5.- Consume in moderation carbohydrates like bread, cereal and pasta, since these foods will satisfy you and you will acquire the nutrients you need to make your body work better.

You will see that if you include these tips in your daily diet, combined with your physical activity, for at least 30 minutes every third day, you will see much better and notice the difference.
