1. Reloaded on the wall

Later, put your hands on the knees and take care that the thighs are parallel to the floor. Stay like this for about 15 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat 5 times.


2. Frog position

Increase strength and flexibility of legs, thighs, buttocks and hips. It will give you ease of movement and prepare you for any position during your sexual encounters.

Once lying on the floor face down, place two towels (previously folded) under your belly. Stretch arms and legs, gradually encógelos so that you form an angle of 90 degrees.

3. Lizards
