These drinks generate alkalinity, which helps counteract the acidity of the stomach. The best ones are those of beet, cucumber, carrot and radish.
In a little water dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda and a little lemon juice. This drink is one of the most alkaline because sodium bicarbonate is highly alkaline and lemon acts as another of the best natural alkalizers.
It is a species that also has a great alkaline effect in the body, and helps a lot in digestion by neutralizing excess acidity.
Place a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm water and drink it, preferably half an hour before meals.
