It is important that you perform each position the stipulated time and repeat it three times, so that your muscles work properly.
1.- Lizard: Lie face down, let your weight rest on your elbows and arms, while you touch the ground with the tips of your feet. Imagine you are a table. Maintain the posture between 45 and 60 seconds. As shown below Jorge Rodríguez, coach of Sport City:
2.- Side table: Lie on your side, support your weight on your elbow and foot. Stretch your trunk and hold the posture between 20 and 30 seconds on each side.
3.- Squatting: Stand with your legs slightly apart, place your hands on your waist, bend your knees while lowering your trunk. Maintain the posture between 45 and 60 seconds.
4.- Full lizard: Lie face down. Lean with your hands and the tips of your feet. Stretch your arms and raise your trunk slowly. Maintain the posture between 45 and 60 seconds.
5.- Desplantes: Stand up straight and step forward. Flex your knees and lower your trunk. Hold the position for 20 or 30 seconds for each leg.
