One of the most fearsome ages, for men and women, is 30 years old. However, what changes at this stage of the lifetime, Is it possible for a number to transform what we are, believe and do?

A study conducted by the University of Greenwich in London , suggests that the crisis of 30 years arises when one feels the pressure of having triumphed before reaching the age of 35; what it produces anxiety, depression and loneliness.
