Eating 30 g of peanut reduces breast cancer

A recent investigation carried out in the State Institute of Cancerology (IEC) of Colima has shown that eating 30 grams of peanut natural at least once a week reduces the risk of suffering three times breast cancer .

He added that there are scientific indications that the peanut could be beneficial for the breast cancer , reason why the institute initiated an investigation to know the beneficial effect that could have in the patients the consumption of the mentioned product.

The IEC conducted a study with women who suffered breast cancer and that they had consumed the peanut less frequently than healthy women, resulting in high consumption of this product observed more frequently in healthy women than in those who suffer from it.

Therefore, when carrying out the corresponding analyzes, it was found that the peanut contains antioxidants Y fatty acids beneficial, and some substances called flavonoids , which are beneficial to both cardiovascular diseases as for the breast cancer .

The group of researchers from IEC who works together with other educational institutions said that the study is still standing because although they have found these findings, they want to give rise to recommendations on the consumption of peanuts in the population.

He indicated that in the case of the state, the peanut processed so natural , with shell, and products derived from it that have the same beneficial effect will be analyzed.
