It is very common when we eat salads to put them on dressing to enhance their flavor.
But be careful because you could turn a low-calorie dish into a high-calorie one, according to a study conducted by Purdue University in West Lafayette, India.
Dressing with blue cheese. It contains cream, mayonnaise, salt, blue cheese, garlic, white vinegar and a great amount of calories: 73 calories (for a spoonful) and 7.6 g of fat.
Ranch Dressing Its base ingredients are mayonnaise and cream. One scoop contains 63 calories, plus 6.6 grams of fat.
