Nadina Knight

Going to the gym is a new way of life for me

"I met Tim at 17. At twenty he finished me because he said I was very fat, that affected me a lot and I decided to do something about it.

All the time I was at his side was size 16, I never took care of my diet and I did not feel bad with my weight; in fact he had very good self-esteem. But when it was over with Tim, I decided to make a change in my life.

I stopped consuming alcohol for two years, I changed pasta and desserts for vegetables and whole milk for deslactosada.

After losing so much weight I knew I had to go to the gym to strengthen my body and little by little the gym became an important part of my life.

After a year of rupture, I found my ex-boyfriend's mother who looked at me in amazement: 'I noticed,' she told me.

Today I am very happy with Jacques, who motivated me to take care of myself and go to the gym. He is very athletic, we train together and the best thing of all is that he always supported me throughout the process of my weight loss ".

Carol Speight

I love my new me

"I am a mother of 3 children, Bethany of 18, Danielle of 17 and Isabelle of 4 and a year ago I ended my relationship with Martin, my partner of 7 years.

After being very depressed, I decided to enter classes with a military trainer. It was horrible at first, but then I started enjoying it.

Little by little I lost weight and now I love my new self. I also decided to have my breasts operated and I went from size 34 B to 34 DD.

LYN McGIRR

I finally took control

LYN has 5 children between 4 and 21 years old; 3 of them he had with his ex-husband Peter.

"I always had kilos of more but I thought that my husband did not care, until one day I discovered him being unfaithful on the web.

We finished in May and decided to take back control of my life. I entered a program called LughterLife and I began to change my eating habits.

I also got into exercise: rugby, box and judo. Today I feel much more satisfied with myself and finally I feel good with what I am. "

Laura Wilde

I feel like I'm a completely new person

Laura has 2 children; Christopher of 6 and Olivia- May of 4.

"When I was with my ex-husband I had very low self-esteem. He used to make me feel bad. I decided to finish with him after spending a few months in prison and at that point I wanted to reinvent myself completely.

I joined National Slimming Clinic and I lost the necessary weight. Now I feel like a completely new person. "

These women show us that willpower is everything and that the greatest and most faithful love you must feel is for yourself.
