If you think you have reached a stage of stagnation and do not know how to change the direction of your life to increase your well-being, it is time for you to reflect and analyze the things that will make you feel good about yourself and everything you do.

We know perfectly when something bothers or saddens us, but we are terrified to take a step outside the universe to solve it.

We must change and act before waiting for the whole world to lighten the way for us; It is enough to reproach the traffic, the husband, the work, the climate or a life of misfortune since childhood. The only true moment is this moment. What will you do today to find a new direction?
