In an interview with the doctor Jorge López , specialist in nutrition and obesity , points out that the water that human beings need every day to hydrate and feel good, is 1 liter for every 25 kilos of weight:

"This is an approximation, but it is important to clarify that diuretic drinks are not considered in the consumption of water, so the cups or glasses that we drink from tea, alcohol or coffee , they do not fit into this scheme. "

Lopez, said it is vital that we hydrate throughout the day, especially in the hot season and at the time when people exercise, because water or moisturizing drinks , must be consumed before, during and after any physical activity and / or sports.

The expert in nutrition and obesity, clarified that the most advisable is that they choose as natural water drinks or those made with fruit, but sweetened with very little honey or sugar substitute, to avoid gaining weight.
