Why is it hard for us to forget the things that hurt us? A recent investigation carried out by the National Autonomous University of Mexico mentions that this is because the brain tag events according to the excite s and sensations that this situation caused us.

When something causes us sadness, happiness, makes us laugh or cry, we are able to remember it more easily.

From the moment of birth, the human being is able to feel emotions and essentially knows what is pleasant or unpleasant for his person. There are events that are charged emotions and that determine the behavior of people for the rest of their lives.

Likewise, the flavors, the smell, an image or sound, are stored in the memory with a specific emotion, this does not necessarily have to be satisfactory, and every time that sound or smell stimulates our senses, the emotion associated with that memory will arise.
