Day 1

Without a doubt, one of the superheroes most desired by men is "Wonder Woman". And to achieve that body, the actress Gal Gadot , had to train every day to get that figure and represent that character with dignity.

The routine consists of three days of gym and two of free activity:

 

Day 1

Pull ups : These exercises are for working all the muscles of the arms, upper back and shoulder. You must stand on a front bar and push your body up.

Push ups : They are the famous 'lizards'. Stand face down and raise your body with your arms parallel, make sure your chest does not touch the floor.

 

Day 2

Squats : Also known as rudeness; you must take a long step forward by bending the knees (no more than 90 degrees).

Squats : It is important that you do not lower your glutes so much; the ideal is that your body forms an L, as if you were sitting.

 

 

Day 3

Hoops : Many people believe that it is an exercise for men, but it is not so, lifting your own body through the hoops is an excellent option to gain strength.

Weightlifting : It happens the same as with the hoops, it is not an exercise exclusively for men, you must go up the weight little by little with the help of your trainer.
