Control emotions

How many times has it happened to you that you wake up furious for a very real dream? Surely you once dreamed that your partner deceived you and you "caught him in the move", but if you fought with him, this is what you really provoked ...

It is possible that upon awakening after a terrible nightmare, the feeling is so real that it provokes anger, anxiety, fear, guilt and nervousness without control, to the point of arguing with your partner, because this dream can also become recurrent if we become obsessed with the idea.

Control emotions

According to a clinical psychologist at the University of New York, negative experiences have more emotional weight, compared to a positive dream.

Our most vivid dreams occur in the sleep stage known as REM, when the brain captures more situations, emotions and transfers them to the moment of awakening.

Dreams are part of the problem solving processes that we use during the day, that is, if we already have the doubt that our partner is lying or cheating on us, you can inevitably dream that this is true.
