To achieve balance between mind, body and spirit in yoga, various techniques must be used to open energy circuits, such as breathing , mantras and the mudras.
In accordance with City Yoga , the hands are a map of bodily and mental energy, that is, each area of the hand is connected to a part of the body or brain , giving rise to various emotions.
Therefore, it is essential that you learn to perform different types of mudras or key positions with your fingers, to enter a deeper level of relaxation that helps strengthen your health. For example, if you want to improve your immune system you have to make the following gestures:
The position of each mudra should be soft and relaxed, since each finger has a special power to channel the energy, according to the needs of the person, that is, if it seeks a spiritual elevation, a physical or emotional healing.
