  1. Lateral . Take the dumbbells, stand up straight and raise your arms to the sides, at shoulder height as if you were forming a T with your body. Hold the posture for a few minutes and return to the initial posture.
  2. Leg lift . Stand up right. Flex your torso forward with your arms stretched. Keep the weight on your right leg and raise the left back. Do 15 repetitions.
  3. Stretching with rope . Stand upright on the flexible rope. Flex your torso forward while stretching your arms backwards. Do 15 repetitions.
  4. With one leg . Place the rope on your left leg while you take it with both hands, stretch without flexing the arms.
  5. Toned leg . Tie the rope in a trabe and on the other side your foot. Bend your leg back while keeping your hands on the waist. Alternate the leg and do 15 repetitions.
