Balance is peace and healing

We are spirits living a human experience and in this physical plane there are laws that we must learn to respect and to flow with them to achieve healing.

We are in a full-time school where the purpose is to learn from the experience . It's about reaching a Balance in every sense; For example, if we move all the time we would die and if we did not move too. It is about finding a middle point.

There is another law called the Law of the Rhythm which says: "That everything flows and flows back; that everything has its period of advance and retreat; that everything ascends and descends; everything moves like a pendulum; the measure of its movement to the right is the same to the left. "

The rhythm is the compensation. We can see this law generally in our emotions; that is, if I am very euphoric then I will be very sad, this law is also known as the Law of the Pendulum and we can live in the pendulum of emotions, how happy I am, how sad I am, how I love you, how I hate you, without understanding that it is a Law and that the distance that runs to one side, then go in the opposite direction.

This can be summed up that our highs are not so high, so that our lows are not so low. We might think that this is a very boring way to live, since we are accustomed and educated for the "drama" and this is what gives sense to our lives

However, peace is found in the Balance . When I can identify my thoughts, and conscientiously choose those that are good for me, those that give me peace, well-being, abundance, etc., that's how I achieve the balance.
