Believe it or not, a new study ensures that any physical activity increases the mood, so walk, run, walk on roller skates or take the dog for a walk.
The study published in Plos one Journal, NY; tracked more than 10 thousand people who regularly download Wellness and Fitness Apps in Google applications.

The application, which is advertised as a way to help people track their lifestyle, asks to measure happiness on a scale after practicing "x" activity.
The comparison shows that those who spent more time sitting showed lower happiness and well-being scores.
Those who walked, were working standing up for a while, took the dog for a walk or left the office to take a breath for at least 15 minutes, gave better rating in welfare.
