Anti aging strategies

Some believe that aging is like paying for what has not been consumed, but if aging is understood correctly and appropriate measures are taken to prevent it, you will not feel it as a punishment. Take note:

1. Do everything possible to maintain an adequate weight , since this is one of the biggest signs of age. In addition to preventing heart and circulatory problems and other conditions caused by obesity.

2. Forget about the cigar . The best thing you can do for your health and to delay the process of aging is to start a routine to quit smoking; if you do, you can reduce the risk of developing diseases such as cancer.

3. Protect your skin from harmful rays . These, in addition to aging, increases the chances of skin cancer. Avoid sunning between 10:00 and 14:00 and always use a sunscreen.

4. Take plenty of water . Make sure you drink water instead of other substances that can be harmful to your body, such as alcohol.

5. Be happy . Keep a positive attitude and you will stay younger in mind and body.
