The magazine 'Nature' informs of the success in the generation of pluripotent stem cells induced (iPS cells) from skin cells obtained from patients with the syndrome progeria Hutchinson-Gilford, who age between 8 and 10 times faster than the general population, and their differentiation into muscle cells smooth showing signs of vascular aging.
