The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends making at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, 150 minutes of aerobic activity or 75 of vigorous physical activity per week.

To achieve your purposes in this field we provide you with three keys according to a study carried out by the Arizona State University:

1. Go outside. Women who train outdoors, perform 11 more minutes each day, while those who train on tape are subject to gym hours, which becomes an excuse to skip the physical activity.

2. Increase the intensity. Start with too much enthusiasm can you be damned failure. It begins progressively until the exercise becomes a habit. Otherwise, you may get tired and give up before.

3. Register your activity. After every training Write down the number of series and the number of repetitions you have made, or the kilometers you have run. This will help you keep track of your progress, as well as motivate and inspire you to beat your own personal brands.
