Veronica Pratti , a psychologist and specialist in obesity and eating disorders, gives you some recommendations to have a better quality of life:
1.- Eat only when you are hungry: According to Pratti Budrovich the problem is that people eat even when they are not hungry: "This should not be the case, we should listen to our body and feed ourselves only when we feel the desire to do so".
2.- Do not eat everything that is served to you: The fact that they serve us in large proportions, is not synonymous with that we must finish everything: "Leave part of the food is not being bad manners, or that we waste food, but we must not finish all, just to comply."

4.- Enjoy your food: "People sometimes want to devour everything they see or if they limit themselves to some product, then they eat excessively. People must eat to live and not live to eat. "
5.- Eat five times a day: Pratti Budrovich points out that people who only make two or three strong meals a day are the ones who are more prone to obesity and overweight: "He spends so much time between meals that when it's time to eat again, they want to destroy everything in the refrigerator. "
