5 tips to measure your food

Bad habits, for culture or simply for comfort, nowadays overeating has become a problem that not only damages appearance but also health, as it results in overweight or obesity. Situation that could be prevented with smaller portions of food.

According to the American College of Cardiology the correct portions of food for a balanced plate are the following: bread, starchy foods or grains should occupy a quarter of your plate, like meat or other proteins; half of the plate should be composed of vegetables.
