5 foods against panic

Many people often calm the anxiety or the panic with binge eating, that is, they eat much more than they should to reduce symptoms such as: tachycardia, dilation of the pupils, feeling of suffocation, tremors in the extremities, feeling of loss of control or knowledge, perspiration, stiffness and weakness of the muscles , among others.
