5 facial exercises against wrinkles

4.- Strengthens the lips: Smile and raise the corners of the lips up, but keep a neutral look. Stay relaxed for a few minutes.

5.- Do not forget your forehead and eyes: Open your eyes as if you were surprised, but do not wrinkle your brow or forehead. Fix your attention at a point on the horizon for 10 seconds. Repeat five times. This wrinkle exercise is ideal for those who spend a lot of time on the computer.
