5 emotions that they share

If you treat your pet as part of your family, you will be interested to know that humans and dogs share emotions, that is, they feel the same as us.

According to a study published in the journal Current Biology, dogs and humans process emotions in a similar way, since the animals' brains are sensitive to the acoustic signals of emotion.

5 emotions that they share

Attila Andics, researcher at MTA-Elte Comparative Ethology Research Group, in Budapest, He details that dogs and people share a similar social environment, so they use similar brain mechanisms to process social information. Therefore, it is easy for them to share emotions such as:

  1. Emotion
  2. Laughter
  3. Crying
  4. Sadness
  5. Joy

The study details that in dogs, 48% of all regions of the brain sensitive to sound respond more strongly to sounds; while in people only 3% of the brain regions respond more strongly to non-vocal sounds.

This study shows why dogs are considered as the best friend of man, since they detect our state of mind and are always willing to give us their unconditional love. And you, do you take care of your pet?
