1. Upside down. According to specialists from College of Physiotherapists of the Community of Madrid , this posture is very damaging to the back. Tightens the muscles of the neck and lower back, because the spine arches.

2. Sleeping on the side According to Better Sleep council Canada (BSCC), when sleeping on the side with the knees bent to the chest, in an exaggerated way, there is a flexion in the lower back.
3. Sleep with an arm in the head. It also affects the muscles of your back and neck.
4. Sleep with a flat or very high pillow. Tense the muscles in your neck.
