4 tips to reduce the waist

The physical trainers assure that a balanced diet will help to eliminate those extra centimeters and you will be able to reduce the waist. Replace the fats animals and trans by virgin olive oil, Omega 3 fatty acids and fats polyunsaturated; change the bread and the white flours for their integral versions and substitute the sweets for fruits.
