To have well-toned and toned legs you have to exercise them constantly with simple routines that strengthen the muscles . 1. Stand with your legs together, hands at your waist and the straight sword steps forward with your right foot and flexes your left leg to form a 90 degree angle. Hold the position for a few seconds. Do 20 repetitions with each leg. To do the exercise correctly, watch this video:
2. Lie on your back and raise your legs so that your fingers try to point in the opposite direction to where your head is. Do 30 repetitions.
3. In the same position, bend the knees and stretch the arms along the body. Contract the abdomen and buttocks, at the same time elevate the pelvis to form a straight line with your body. Hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Make 30 elevations.
4. Stand with your legs spread at shoulder height and knees slightly bent. Put on tiptoes. Hold for a few seconds and return to the original position. Make 30 elevations.
