3 non-invasive techniques vs flaccidity

The loss of firmness of the skin is due to the decrease or weakness of the Support fabrics, collagen and elastin , so it is important to look for alternatives that eliminate flaccidity.

It usually appears in the areas of the face (double chin, mandibular angle or eyelids), on the inner side of the thighs, the inner side of the arms, the abdomen and the buttocks. It's a nightmare that we have to live with ... or not.

As it is a matter of firmness in our musculature , practicing physical activity is the best treatment to fight flaccidity early, in particular all those exercises that imply a localized work.

Another good way to prevent its appearance is to drink two liters of water per day, perform one diet rich in protein, in green fruits and vegetables. Of course, stop smoke.

In addition, there are several effective non-invasive treatments that help prevent and eliminate it:

1. Radiofrequency . It produces a deep heating that affects the skin and the subcutaneous fatty tissue, favoring the lymphatic drainage and the decrease in fluids and toxins.

2. Laser. The TriActive + Platform, with its combined and complementary action, uses laser, ultrasound and radiofrequency to combat body imperfections.

It is an effective, pleasant and non-invasive treatment that reduces the accumulation and excess of fats, shapes the body, fights cellulite and flaccidity, reduces edema, promotes oxygenation of tissues , while softening and improving the overall appearance of the skin.

In addition, it has a localized cooling system that reduces edema and makes the treatment completely painless.

3. Electrostimulation and electroporation. The first acts by producing muscle contractions through the use of skin stimulation electrodes, it increases the tonicity of the muscles that present flaccidity.

The second, also by cutaneous stimulation, manages to produce the penetration of circulatory activation substances.

This type of treatment deserves between 10 and 15 sessions (according to each patient), 2 or 3 times per week. Each session lasts 40 minutes.
