3 exercises to strengthen shoulders

Did you know that the shoulders hold the muscles of your arms? That is why it is important that you perform specific exercises to strengthen and tone them; because if you have strong shoulders you can increase your load volume support and avoid injuries .

To tone and strengthen your arms, we give you some simple exercises that you can do from home. Do not forget to perform stretching and a previous warm-up:

1.- Steel shoulders: Sit in a chair and place an elastic band under your feet. Grab her from the edges and stretch her arms over your head. Lower to shoulder height. Repeat this slow and progressive movement 10 times.

2.- Participatory movement: Stand up, put one of the sides of the league under your right foot, the other will have to grab it with the right hand. Leave your back straight and stretch your arm completely above your head. Go down to shoulder height and stretch again. Do three sets of 15 repetitions and change sides.

3.- Loose abs: Lie on your stomach and stretch your right arm, while bending your left arm a little to propel yourself. Grab a dumbbell or some weight, then lower and raise the arm. Do three sets of 15 reps and change your arm.
