In order to promote the exercise , physical activity and healthy habits, the Mexican College of Orthopedics and Traumatology (CMO) creates the first race called: Celebrate the Movement, for the population and medical community to promote better lifestyles.

GetQoralHealth joins this action, since the creation and practice of better habits reduce the risk of developing certain diseases such as osteoarthritis , type 2 diabetes , heart attacks , problems of blood pressure , among others.

In an interview, the lawyer Rafael Rincón , administrator of the CMO, points out: "Celebrate the Movement is born in as a mechanism for the prevention and adequate control of the osteoarthritis through the promotion of the culture of exercise frequent, that in addition to promoting physical activity in the family, triggers the beginning of a healthier life ".

The race will take place this Sunday, September 23, 2012 . It will be 5 and 10 kilometers; There will be three categories: running, jogging and walking.

For his part, the doctor Salvador Rivero , president of the CMO , clarifies that the body movement is basic to self-healing, slow the process of aging and have a better attitude in our day to day life:

"This race will be different from others; It will start at 09:00 hrs, but participants are asked to arrive early for the delivery of their kits. The quota is limited to 300 runners. "
