In an interview for GetQoralHealth   Felix Ramirez , director of Corporate Communication of McDonald's Mexico and Central America , affirmed that a percentage of what is collected in the inscriptions of this race (it has a cost of 200 pesos), will be destined to the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation .

"With this in addition to continuing to support children living in better conditions, we want to motivate people to exercise and have optimal lifestyles."

The race will be for women only and will travel a distance of 5 kilometers, parallel to this will be a 3-kilometer walk where men and children can participate.

"This is the first race we do in the Federal District, and the idea arose due to the great convocation that was achieved a year ago in Argentina, where more than 5,000 women ran; the idea is that year after year, this becomes a habit for all people. "

In this regard, the head of Corporate Communications of McDonald's Mexico and Central America, said that other venues where this race will be held are: Argentina, Panama, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Chile and Uruguay, among others.
