10 tips against childhood diarrhea

4.- Carefully wash your hands with soap and water after going to the bathroom, changing the baby's diapers and before eating or handling food.

5. Boil water for 20 minutes to drink, or consume bottled water

6.- Wash fruits and vegetables with soap and water; if they are eaten raw, leave them in a container in chlorinated water for 20 minutes.

7.- Consume only well-cooked or fried foods, prepared hygienically. Avoid eating raw fish or seafood or processed foods on public roads.

8.- Use bathrooms, latrines or any other means that ensures the isolation of feces.

9.- If the diarrhea is presented, we must continue with the normal diet and administer abundant fluids to prevent dehydration .
