1. Lubrication

One of the most recurrent fantasies in men and women is having sex in the water. The perfect 'scenarios' to achieve this are: the sea, the pool, the jacuzzi, the tub or the shower.

However, although it sounds very romantic there are certain risks that you should know, according to information from the Mexican Association for Sexual Health A.C. (AMSSAC)

1. Lubrication

If you think that water helps in this process, in some cases it does not happen. It is best to use a silicone lubricant (which is not soluble in water) as it will allow penetration to be comfortable for both.

2. Sex in the pool

You must be careful with the chlorine in the water since it can cause various vaginal infections. Avoid them by taking a shower immediately after leaving the pool.

3. Sex in the shower

The shower is an excellent option for having sex standing, since in this way both enjoy the pleasure of getting wet without the possibility of excess water entering the genital area.

The ideal is to have some support for both to hold and have a non-slip mat to avoid any accident.

4. Sex in the sea

Salt water and sand can cause irritation and skin infections.

The most advisable thing is to have sex on the beach, placing a towel or blanket that protects their intimate areas of the sand.

5. Safe sex

Water is not an antidote to sexually transmitted diseases or pregnancy. Place the condom before entering to prevent the condom from slipping or breaking.

Enjoy your sexuality without exposing your health and now ... A 'swim' has been said!
