At the time of sitting we look for the most comfortable position that gives us rest, but a bad posture causes the opposite, just like damage of crossing the legs.

A study conducted by the Dr. Julie Hides of the University of Queensland , Australia, indicates that inactivity and sedentary muscles cause weakness in different parts of the body.

Crossing the legs for a prolonged period causes damage that you must take into account to avoid discomfort in your body.

Know some risks of sitting cross-legged:

Keeping the legs crossed for a long time causes that some important arteries do not distribute the blood well, some effects are pain and even dizziness.
